GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 c. hashbrowns
2 c. ham, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Use some cheese on top last few minutes

Make 2 layers of ingredients, starting with hash browns on bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

6 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well and pour over other ingredients. Bake in 400 degree oven for 55 minutes. Serves 6-8. Great recipe for brunch.
