GOLDEN BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes, boiled in skins
2 c. sour cream
1 stick of butter
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Skin and grate potatoes, add sour cream. Melt butter and add to potatoes with onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 of cheese. Place in casserole putting second cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
