8 oz. container Cool Whip
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1/2 pkg. Keebler fudge striped cookies, crushed
1/3 c. buttermilk

Mix together Cool whip and vanilla instant pudding. Add buttermilk and stir. Fold oranges and crushed cookies. Decorate with remaining whole cookies on top of salad, place in refrigerator.
