2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 pkg. shortbread fudge striped cookies

Mix pudding and buttermilk; fold in Cool Whip then add fruit. Add broken up cookies just before serving.
