ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND
MEATBALLS
 
5 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
3 onions
3 c. bread crumbs
2 or 3 toes garlic
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 black pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt - 1 tsp. per pound
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all together and let set overnight if possible. Roll into balls and brown before putting into sauce.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

3 qts. tomatoes
5 cans tomato sauce
5 cans tomato paste (30 oz.)
Sm. green pepper, celery, onions, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. sweet basil
3 toes garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook all together for many hours - add meatballs and cook some more.
