BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Cook broccoli (don't overcook). Place in bottom of 11 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer Velveeta over broccoli. Crumble crackers and mix with stick of melted butter. Put on top of cheese and broccoli. Bake just long enough to melt cheese in a 350 degree oven, approximately 15 minutes.
