CHEESE AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
1/2 stick butter, melted
12 Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli by directions on box. Drain. Grease an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. Add broccoli while still warm to cheese. Mix until cheese melts slightly. Crush crackers and sprinkle over broccoli. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until edges bubble and top is golden.
