BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
fresh broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
Italian bread crumbs
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Steam fresh broccoli. Cut into small pieces. Melt Velveeta cheese and milk. In casserole dish, place steamed broccoli. Pour melted cheese over. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Sauté Ritz crackers (broken) up in butter. Sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

I didn't have Velveeta cheese so I just used shredded cheddar cheese.
