BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen broccoli, or bunch of fresh broccoli, steamed slightly
8 oz. cheese spread (cheddar & garlic)
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

For a variation you can add cooked, cubed chicken. Saute celery and onions in butter. Add rest and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
