BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, 1 or 2 bunches fresh broccoli, steamed
1 c. rice, cooked according to pkg.
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. minced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Saute celery and onion in 1 stick of butter. Mix together the soups. Mix all ingredients; put in a 9"x13" pan, top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
