BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick butter
1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, steamed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
Grated Cheddar cheese (amount is optional)

Saute onions and celery on butter until tender. Combine all ingredients except broccoli and grated cheese. Place broccoli in buttered casserole dish and pour combined ingredients on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
