CARROT RICE LOAF 
SAUTE:

2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. onion, chopped

ADD AND MIX:

2 c. carrots, grated fine
2 c. brown rice, steamed
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 pieces w. w. bread, crumbled
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. liquid
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. nuts
Sage

Bake in lightly oiled baking dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika before baking.
