1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. cream of potato soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix ingredients all together. Put in baking dish (9 x 13 inch). Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
