ASPARAGUS PARMESAN 
3 lbs. asparagus
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 egg
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Dash fresh ground pepper
1 c. bread crumbs

Wash and break off tough ends of asparagus. Dip stalk in flour, then beaten egg, then wine, then in crumbs. Combine with cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Saute in oil for 10 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
