ASPARAGUS WITH PARMESAN 
4 lb. fresh asparagus
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook asparagus in small amount of water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain, add butter, salt, and pepper. Arrange on serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
