ASPARAGUS PARMESAN 
Asparagus
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Grated cheese
Garlic powder
Parsley

Clean and soak asparagus. Snap off tough stems. Place in buttered glass casserole (flat) in single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 4 season bread crumbs (plain style), parsley, garlic power, grated Romano or Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and dot with butter.

Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes until fork tender. Great with roast beef or lamb.
