1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. butter

Mix together, cut butter in until crumbly, reserve 1 cup. Pack rest in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix 1 pint sour cream and 1 egg. Pour over cake mixture, arrange sliced peaches over cream, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and 1 cup oatmeal over peaches. Top by dropping with reserved cup of cake mix. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
