MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
1 1/2 c. milk
6 slices bread (broken into pieces)
1 tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 chopped onion

Brown sausage and drain grease off. Set aside. Use glass baking dish.

Layer in first the bread and cheese. Second layer is the sausage and onion. Beat together eggs and milk (may add salt and pepper) and pour over top of other ingredients. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator.

Next day place in cold oven, turn oven on to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 4.
