PUMPKIN PIE BAR 
1 large can pumpkin (29 ounces)
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 box yellow cake mix (uncooked)
2 cubes butter, melted

Beat together first 7 ingredients and pour in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Take large spoon and sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over pumpkin. Melt 2 cubes butter and pour slowly over cake mix. May add 1 cup chopped pecans over top.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F until toothpick comes out dry and clean.

Cool for 1 hour before placing in refrigerator.
