CRAB SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 c. solid packed tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. sherry wine
3 c. water
A sprig of fresh basil
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat

Braise onions, garlic, parsley, celery and bell pepper in oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes and sauce, seasoning and sherry wine. Cook 15 minutes. Add water. Cook slowly for 1 hour and add crab meat. Serves 6 persons.
