CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper

Make sauce by melting butter. Add flour and mustard, then milk. Add to slightly beaten egg yolks. Add seasonings and cook over low heat until thick. Add crab meat. Put in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Over this pour melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put paprika on top.
