CRAB IMPERIAL | |
1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. green pepper 1/3 c. onion 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 1 c. milk 1 lb. crab meat 1 tbsp. lemon juice Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and pepper both chopped fine. Cook until tender. Add parsley flakes, salt, Old Bay seasoning and flour. Mix well. Slowly add milk, stirring until thick. Add crab meat and lemon juice. Remove from heat and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. Cover with Cheddar cheese and bake in 375 degree oven until cheese melts and brown around edges of dish. |
