GROUND BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can Rotel
1/4 head cabbage, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
1 can beef bouillon
Water
Salt to taste
Noodles (opt.)

Brown meat; add onions, celery, Rotel and cabbage. Cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Let boil on low heat for about 1 hour. Add water to your likeness of thick or thin soup. Add noodles. Cook until done. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
