HAMBURGER-POTATO SOUP 
1 lb. round ground
8 med. potatoes, diced
2 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper

Simmer round steak ground in water until well done. Add potatoes and simmer until potatoes are done. Add bouillon cubes, salt and pepper to taste. Can be prepared early in day and cooled. Remove excess grease before serving. Reheat and serve hot.
