LIGHT FRUIT FILLED PIE 
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. regular oats, uncooked
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. reduced calorie butter, melted
2 tbsp. water
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Combine butter and water; sprinkle over dry ingredients. Mix with fork until mixture forms a ball. Coat a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray; press whole wheat pastry mixture evenly and firmly into pie plate with lightly floured hands. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Fresh strawberries, green grapes, bananas

Prepare low calorie vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour into prepared crunchy whole wheat pastry shell. Using a concentric ring formation, place fresh fruit on top of pie filling.
