GROUND MEAT AND CORN 
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion
1 pkg. (either 10 or 16 oz.) frozen corn or canned corn

Crumble and thoroughly brown the meat. Add chopped onion and brown. Then add the corn and cook for several minutes, until all is well mixed and the corn is tender.

Serves 6 or 8. Can freeze. Can do ahead.
