FLUFFY FRUIT DRESSING | |
1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. grated orange peel 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. whipping cream (whipped) In saucepan, beat the egg and add the sugar and peels and lemon juice. Cook over low heat until thick, while stirring, about 5 minutes. Cool and fold in the whipped cream. This yields about 2 1/2 cups. |
