MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 or 3 green onions
1 can chili peppers
Mild cheddar cheese
Nacho Doritos

Cook chicken for 15 minutes in pressure pot or in boiler until tender. Debone chicken. Drain well. Mix all ingredients except the cheese and Doritos.

In a casserole dish, place the Doritos on bottom and around sides of dish. Pour mixture into the middle of dish, smooth out. Grate cheese over top and bake at 375 degrees until mixture is bubbly.
