BARBEQUE TURKEY 
1 lb. cooked turkey, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
Brown sugar substitute = 2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in large skillet; add onion and green pepper. Cook and stir on medium heat until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add turkey. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve on appropriate number slices of bread or rolls for diet.

Yield: 8. Exchanges: 2 meat, 1/2 bread, 1 veg. Calories: 205, 105 g = 7-16-3 (C, P, F). Low sodium (3-4 gm Na) : use low sodium catsup and Mrs. Dash Steak sauce. Low cholesterol: Use polyunsaturated butter.
