CROCK POT BARBECUE 
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 lb. beef stew

Have your beef cut at the meat department in smaller pieces than you usually find prepackaged.

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on low for 10 hours. Mix with fork or wire whisk to shred meat, after stirring let cook on low for another 1-2 hours until most liquid is absorbed. Serve on hard rolls or hamburger buns. Coleslaw goes well with this dish.
