SPAGHETTI CARBONE 
1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. bacon
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 eggs
Fresh pepper

Start spaghetti cooking in boiling water.

Saute bacon in olive oil until just translucent. Grind fresh pepper heavily into bacon while cooking.

Crack eggs in a large bowl and whip with fork until frothy.

When pasta is cooked to taste, drain but do not rinse.

Toss pasta into bowl with eggs, then pour bacon mixture over top and toss.

Top heavily with Parmesan cheese.

Serves 5.
