GREEN BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE | |
2 (15 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained 2 sm. cans white corn, drained 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 c. chopped celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 stick melted butter In 2 quart baking dish place drained green beans and white corn, drained. Add sour cream, soup, onions, celery and cheese. Crush 2 cups Ritz crackers and add melted butter. Place this mixture over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until brown and bubbly. |
