CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 box vanilla wafers
Canned pie filling of your choice (cherry, blueberry)

Mix all ingredients well, except for wafers. Put paper cup cake cups in muffin pans. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup. Pour in cream mixture. Bake at 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and fill with pie filling.
