BEAN SALAD 
1 can green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can kidney beans
1 green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar (may use substitute)
3/4 c. vinegar (may use wine vinegar)
1/3 c. oil (may use less if desired)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, allow to marinade in refrigerator. May include cooked carrots, broccoli, cauliflower in salad also.
