BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 whole frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. sweet milk
Salt & pepper

Line shallow baking dish with large piece of aluminum foil leaving edges long enough to cover chicken. Place chicken in single layer in foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken, then milk over all. Close foil and seal. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Very good and easy to fix.
