CHICKEN BARBEQUE 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. smoked barbeque sauce

Cut up chicken and place 3 or 4 pieces each on tin foil. You will have enough for 2. Divide onion equally 4 pieces each foil. Cube 1/4 cup butter equally with 1/2 cup sauce per foil. Wrap tightly and place on barbeque pit for 45 minutes, turning twice.
