BOURSIN BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. chives
2 cloves garlic, crushed
lemon pepper seasoning*
cracked black pepper*

*50/50 mixture. In blender or mixing bowl, cream together the cheese, dill weed, basil, caraway seeds, chives and garlic. Shape into a ball and roll in the lemon-pepper and black pepper mix until thoroughly coated. Chill several hours and serve with toast rounds. This can be made with diet cream cheese and easily halved.
