1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. Herbes de Provence 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. parsley, fresh or dried, finely chopped 1/4 tsp. red wine vinegar 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Herbes de Provence: Equal parts of sage, rosemary marjoram, basil and thyme. Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer and pack into a container. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving. |
