MOCK BOURSIN CHEESE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 dashes garlic powder (or more to taste)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh)
2 tbsp. chives
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together in food processor (or cream in mixer with butter and cream cheese at room temperature). Chill. Shape into four flat round patties. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate. May be frozen. Serve as spread with crackers.
