BOURSIN CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 1/4 tsp. pepper Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature and blend well. Add garlic and other ingredients. Chill for at least 24 hours before serving with crusty French bread or crackers. This mixture stores well in refrigerator. Remember, you can make more or less of this Boursin cheese spread by blending the herbs and garlic in larger quantities. Use 1 teaspoon blended herbs, 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup cream cheese. |
