DEVILED ROAST BEEF SLICES 
6 slices roast beef, cut 1/4" thick
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
4 tbsp. butter

Dip the roast beef slices in a mixture of the flour, salt, mustard and chili powder, coating both sides well. Melt the butter in a skillet, brown the slices on both sides over high heat.
