SALMON NOODLES ROMANOFF 
8 oz. egg noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz.) salmon or 13 oz. tuna
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cook noodles. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, salt and salmon (tuna). Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes.
