SALMON NOODLES ROMANOFF 
8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained (2 cans tuna may be used)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and seasoning, along with salmon. Place in greased 2 quart casserole and bake for 40 minutes. May also be baked in individual casserole dishes.

Delicious!!! Loved this recipe. The red pepper made it taste extra amazing, definitely a must. The only change I made was to saute the onions in some oil as I don't care for crunchy onions in a casserole. This recipe is a keeper. Yum Yum Yum

I grate the onions and add it uncooked and the same for the garlic. Try that as you might like it.
