SALMON AND NOODLES | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 2 c. medium width noodles, cooked and drained 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. salmon, drained and flaked 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese Cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Combine with cooked noodles, soup, and salmon. Put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes until top is lightly browned. If desired, crab meat may be used in place of salmon. Serves 6. |
