SALMON NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can salmon 3 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 large evaporated milk 1 pkg. mixed vegetables, thawed and drained 3 c. wide noodles, cooked 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, divided Drain salmon, break into pieces. Melt butter, stir in flour and mustard. Gradually stir in milk. Cook medium heat until slightly thickened. Stir in cooked noodles and 1 cup cheese, fold in salmon. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts. |
