2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees until done. Serves 6.
