BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE PIE 
9" unbaked pastry shell
5 c. peeled & sliced apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light cream

Combine apples and butterscotch morsels; put into pastry shell. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Combine sugar, flour and salt; then add cream. Drizzle over apples so that slices are coated.

Place pie in large paper bag; fasten bag securely. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees, about 70 minutes.

Remove from bag at once. Cool.
