CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. nuts

Mix well and press in pan - Pyrex dish (8 x 12 inches). Bake in 300 degree oven until brown.

FIRST LAYER:

Mix:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar (10X)
1/2 largest tub Cool Whip

Mix and spread on cool crust (if stiff, add milk).

SECOND LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Beat together and spread on last layer. Then spread on remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup toasted nuts.

Variations: Use blueberry or cherry pie filling instead of chocolate pudding for second layer.
