1st Layer:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans

2nd Layer:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

3rd Layer:

2 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk

4th Layer:

Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

1st Layer - mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread in a 11 x 9 x 2 glass pan.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

2nd Layer - Mix all together in a large bowl. Spread on top of 1st Layer.

3rd Layer - Mix all together in a large bowl. Package says 3 cups of milk per package BUT ONLY USE 2 cups per package. Pour on top of 2nd Layer before firm. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

4th Layer - Cover 3rd layer with Cool Whip and nuts then serve...Fly to Heaven.
