CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. plain flour
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Half a large container Cool Whip (13 1/2 oz.)

Spread over cooled first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Spread over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip to cover the top and grated chocolate or chopped nuts on the top, if desired.
